We offer training in hip-hop, breakin, funk styles, krumpin, house, jazz, ballet, choreography and much more. We welcome all ages; kids, teenagers, and adults, to train in all levels of dance. Classes are specifically designed to help build teamwork, confidence, and leadership.

Before I AM PHRESH DANCE ACADEMY was founded, there was a small group of six incredible dancers called PHRESH SELECT that came together and competed on the second season of Americas Best Dance Crew. Smoking the competition up until their demise from the fifth episode, the Speed-Up Challenge, PHRESH SELECT was held in high regard amongst fans and dancers alike. Although they have broken up shortly after the show ended, all the former members of PHRESH SELECT are still around, representing the Philly dance scene to its fullest.

Hailing from Philadelphia, PHRESH SELECT was born in the spirit of unity and brotherly love. Once members of rival crews, Smart Mark, Lil O, Rukkus, Riot the Virus, Blao and Poppin’ Jon came together to create something positive on the rough streets of their hometown.

In a nutshell: Versatility is the name of the game for this funky sextet. Combining the top dancers from Phillys toughest crews, PHRESH SELECT is surely a force to be reckoned with.
